The Camshaft Casting Factory, which casts Camshaft, Ductile Iron, Gray and Ductile Iron Camshaft, has an annual casting capacity of 45,000 tons. With the chill casting technology, the cams of the camshafts are hardened by cooling during the casting process. In this way, no additional hardening is required. Since the chilled cast camshafts are not hardened afterwards, they are not affected by the problems such as cracks that may occur during the hardening process. Chil cast cam surfaces have a longer life compared to other types of cast camshafts thanks to their good oil holding feature.
